CONDIZIONI GENERALI DEL SERVIZIO DI AUTONOLEGGIO CON CONDUCENTE
- For rental services with driver, excluding transfers, an hourly rate applies.
- For non-urban direct transfers from one location to another, the fare is calculated with the cost per kilometer plus possible hours of stop or wait.
- Each passenger can carry with him up to TWO SUITCASES, EVERY BAGGAGE OF ES: SKIING AND EQUIPMENT, MEANS OF DEAMBULATION MUST BE DECLARED at the time of booking, to avoid that the car is not suitable for this transport. >
- Baggage that is ruined, wet, or that may preclude security, will not be charged.
- Legal Shuttle undertakes to make its vehicles or vehicles driven by external collaborators arrive in good time at the dates of departure and / or arrival at destination, will not be held responsible for delays due to exceptional causes (traffic, accidents, events, aircraft or train delays).
- The transport of passengers is entirely covered by the insurance that Legal Shuttle has stipulated for its own vehicles with third parties.
- Passenger properties are instead transported entirely under the responsibility of the passenger who declares the property at the time of boarding.
- Check at the departure the correspondence of your baggage, responsibility for losses or damage can not be accepted.
- ALL THE TRANSPORTED OBJECTS TRAVEL UNDER YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
- If Legal Shuttle proves impossible to transport passengers to their booked and paid destination for its own means under its own control, it will organize the transfer by external means (TAXI, Rental with Driver) and then reimburse the customer for the cost of this transport upon presentation of receipt / invoice.
- The reimbursement for the transfer can not exceed the rates in force for the same section agreed.
- Legal Shuttle can be held responsible for any costs and losses due to delays and errors attributable directly to our skills, in this case a refund will be limited to € 100.00 per booking.
- Legal Shuttle reserves the right to change parts (or all) of these agreements at any time without giving prior notice to customers, members, tour operators or agencies.
- It is obligatory to the customer to report within 5 working days any problems caused by disservices or failures directly attributable to our work. We will take action to quickly resolve any inconvenience and loss in full customer satisfaction.
- These conditions of transport and all the services connected to them comply with the laws that regulate the sale of services in Italy, to guarantee the protection of the passenger and his baggage.
COMPORTAMENTO DELL’UTENTE DURANTE IL SERVIZIO DI NOLEGGIO CON CONDUCENTE
Users of the rental service are prohibited from:
- smoke during transport.
- throw objects from both stationary and moving vehicles.
- dirtying, contaminating or damaging the vehicle.
- claim the transport of pets without first making arrangements
- with the charterer and all the necessary measures to avoid damage or
- the car's contamination.
- demand that the transport be made in violation of the safety and behavior rules provided by the current Highway Code.
RIGHT TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION OF THE CAR RENTAL SERVICE WITH DRIVER AND SUPPLEMENTARY SERVICES

The cancellation of the car rental service with driver or complementary services, without penalty is accepted within 24 hours before the service.
- Cancellations received within 12 hours prior to the start of the service will be charged a penalty equal to 50% of the amount of the service.
- A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service charge is applied to cancellations received within 6 hours prior to the start of the service.
- In the case of a canceled flight or delay of more than 30 minutes at departure, the customer is obliged to notify our number for reservations (+39 370 3037077) to ensure the presence of one of our staff at the arrival. >
- Failure to send the canceled delay or flight notice excludes the right to have the vehicle available in case of delayed or delayed arrival and a 50% penalty will be applied.
